VALUE ADDITIONS OF HR SERVICES @ ITECH

The minimum turn-around-time offered is 3 days. Any exception will be intimated to the client well in advance.
SOURCING
Itech shall shortlist the candidates by doing an initial round of screening. In case of senior positions two rounds of initial screening will be done. The profiles of the shortlisted candidates will be sent to the client. Interview process will also be taken care of, for the shortlisted candidates. In case the candidate is shortlisted after all the rounds of interview, client shall take care of the offer and joining formalities. Itech shall facilitate the follow up of the candidate during the joining phase. Itech offers a warranty of 90 days for the candidate joining. If his services are terminated by the client for nonperformance or disciplinary issues, or if the candidate leaves the company, Itech shall provide a replacement within 1 month of intimation to Itech.
Special Offer: After the first placement, the service charge for the next placements done for 3 consecutive months will be lesser than that of the first placement.
STAFFING

In case the candidate is shortlisted after all the rounds of interview, Itech will take care of the offer and joining formalities, in accordance with mutually agreed terms. Once placed, the candidate's salary processing will be taken care of. Keeping track of the candidate's Attendance, Leave and Time-sheet will be done with little or no assistance from the client. If the client wishes to take the candidate on board, it can be done as per the agreed staffing terms. Itech shall facilitate the performance review of the candidate as per the appraisal cycle. This will include goal setting, self-appraisal and discussion with supervisors/managers.
